| Lou is a licensed Real Estate Agent & Director of Taylor Real Estate. Living locally for many years has given Lou extensive expertise and knowledge of the area. She is known for achieving outstanding results for her clients and building fantastic, long lasting relationships with them. Much to her business is referred to her by previous clients. Lou has set record sales prices in the area since she sold the first $Million property in Oatlands more than 7 years ago! She is not only known for her enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to her clients, she is widely regarded as a person of high integrity, ethics and uncompromising concern for her clients. Using a consultative approach to helping her clients achieve their goals, Lou combines her astute business sense with the sensitive needs of her clients. Clearly, achieving outstanding results for her clients is her highest priority. Her consistent great results attest to this. Prior to joining her husband Peter in real estate 10 years ago, Lou had an extensive background in finance, marketing and business development. Along with an intense focus on customer service, she has used this knowledge along with drive and determination to build one of the Northern Districts largest award winning Agency’s. The list of achievements includes many outstanding achievements including the suburb record for Oatlands and Burnside. Lou represented Australia in athletics at the 1978 Commonwealth Games in Edmonton and then went on to be a high performance National Athletics coach coaching her athletes to represent Australia in their chosen events. Now a keen golfer, Lou loves living in Oatlands with her husband Peter. |
